About Reservations

What is included in the plan?

The basic plan includes the following.
Overnight accommodation in the Tsukimi Yagura / Castle entry experience program at an Important Cultural Property / Castle tower night museum tour / Castle tower night lounge, drinks, live music, etc. / Bathing at Oyudono / Banquet in the Tsukimi Yagura / Breakfast at Fukuju Kaikan / Kimono and dressing services.

Can children stay?

Yes, children can stay. There is no age limit.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees are listed in the accommodation terms and conditions.

What foreign language support is provided?

We support English, Chinese, and French.

Can you accommodate more than the capacity?

If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, we will introduce you to a nearby hotel.

How much does it cost?

From 396,000 yen per person (for 4 people)

Do prices vary between weekends and weekdays?

Prices remain the same for all dates.

What are the fees for children?

Elementary school students are 66,000 yen each, preschoolers are 44,000 yen each, and infants are free.

About Accommodation

Can I stay overnight at the castle if it rains?

You can stay overnight. Some performances and experiences may be subject to change.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

A bedroom is provided on the second floor of the Tsukimi Yagura turret.

What does the castle entry experience involve?

Vassals dressed in kamishimo, traditional Japanese formal attire, will welcome guests.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included in the basic plan.
If you require transportation to and from the airport, an additional fee will be charged.

Can one person stay?

Yes, we can accommodate one person.

Is it possible for a few people to stay somewhere other than the castle?

We can introduce you to a nearby hotel.

What are the toilet, bath, and washroom facilities like?

The toilet and washroom are located inside the Tsukimi Yagura Turret, where guests eat and sleep. The bath is within the Oyudono bathhouse.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available.

About Meals

Where will meals be served?

Meals will be served in the Tsukimi Yagura Turret.

What will be served for breakfast and dinner?

We provide modern versions of dishes based on historical research.

I have allergies, can you change the menu?

We can change the menu, please let us know in advance.

To what extent can you accommodate Halal and vegetarian meals?

We can accommodate changes to ingredients. (We cannot accommodate changes to cooking utensils.)

Can you arrange for video recording?

Yes, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can I bring a photographer with me?

No problem.
